What’s the best park in London for spending a day?
Weird question, but we’re visting London from the west country with two teenage girls (15 and 19) and a small dog. Most things to do in London aren’t dog-friendly so we’re going to take turns dog-sitting, but we wanted a couple of days where we could all go out as a family with the dog. Camden Market and riverboat cruises are both pet-friendly, but we thought another possibility might be to spend a day wandering around one of the big parks. It’s just a question of which one?
So we’re after something ideally where there are some small sights/activities available, or possibly nearby, to check out as we go (doesn’t matter if they’re dog-friendly, we can take turns), ideally things that would engage teenage girls, and perhaps some nice flowers and landscaping too, if that’s possible?
