Hello! I am traveling to London from Canada for a month with my husband and toddler, who is having a major surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. We’re spending a week in hospital and five weeks in a rental flat with outpatient care.

Given our long-term stay, I’d love to borrow or buy second hand some baby gear (high chair, toys, car seat) to avoid schlepping it through airports and on the tube, but am having a hard time finding the right community groups on facebook in proximity to where we’re staying (first rental is in Barbican).

Looking for tips on Buy Nothing or other community facebook groups in these neighbourhoods that could assist us.
